Every Monday Samutthana holds a one-hour meditation practice and discussion session at 9:30 AM. Because meditation, like physical exercise, is not “One Size Fits All”, Ven. Upatissa leads the group in many kinds of meditation: mindfulness, mantra, visualization, movement, contemplation, loving kindness, meditation on the body, and so forth. The programme changes from week to week.

The sessions are open to the public and are free of charge. Please join us!
